Beta silicon carbide spheres

SICAT produces beta silicon carbide spheres and microspheres with intermediate surface areas
and high mechanical strength ; pore volumes of up to 0.6cm3/g combine mesopores and macropores of up to several microns in diameter;
sphere diameters range from 200µm to 5500µm,
particle size distributions are very narrow thanks to shaping process.
